Mrs Fiona Collins is an Extended Scope Physiotherapists in Inverclyde Royal Hospital.
She first became interested in musculoskeletal ultrasound in 2013 and developed skills initially through peer support and learning with Dr Mhairi Brandon at Glasgow Royal Infirmary. She completed the EULAR Online Introductory US course in 2016 and attended SRUG study days.
Fiona currently runs the ultrasound service for the rheumatology department and is also involved in organising MSK ultrasound educational events for the local rheumatology team since 2016, like Clyde component of the SRUG mentoring tour with Alister Taggart. She continues with regular CPD and Peer training.
